Its been 3 weeks! This week, prayers has been answered and I learned a lot. Our investigator asked us “If God loved us, why didn’t he just come down and save us instead of bringing Jesus Christ?” At that time I didn’t know why and I just spat out Chinese words that I don’t even remember. So that night I prayed and asked Heavenly Father. The next day I received a partial answer. And then our next visit, I gave the answer to our investigator but after the lesson I felt that I needed more. I felt that the question he gave is something that has to come from our testimony. I studied and prayed again and again. Until I stumble upon the picture of Joseph Smith and Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father. Joseph saw Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and from that day forward, I am sure he never doubted if Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ exists. So if Heavenly Father would come down to earth, how could we exercise our faith? We would already know that he exists and our purpose on earth would not matter anymore. Mosiah 27:31. Another thing that happened this week was TRC. Teaching resource center. It is where members of the church volunteer to be taught. It is a very nice experience. We have to teach two people. The first lesson we taught to is from China and Taiwan Taichung. They have been a member for four years. I invited them to endure to the end and always obey the commandments. The next person we taught is someone  special she is from Taiwan Taipei and she just got baptized. I told her that many trails will come because she is a new member and told her to always pray and read the Book of Mormon.
That’s all for 3rd week. MTC is such a nice place to be. We only get 1 hour of personal study. And YES it is short! Back there at home, 1 hour seemed so long. And here at the mission we only have an hour of personal study. So I invite Reese and Zach and also mom and dad to have time to read the Book of Mormon. Read Ponder and Pray. 再見.
