入土為安

入土為安 to the tricompanionship. It was fun having Elder Bertha with us. Now it's gone. He will be forever missed haha 

This week we got two referrals. One was from London and one from my last area. Pretty awesome! 

We're greatful to still have quite a ton of lessons here. Honestly it's giving us the drive to do the work. 

Recently it's been very hard to work hard. The weather is too cold and also the fact that I have three more weeks is making me want to chill haha

Last week I had my last zone conference. I gave my returning home talk. It was crazy because all Taizhong zones were together. Which I've all served at. I was trained in Taizhong South zone. And then in my sixth transfer I was serving in Dakeng which is in Taizhong East zone. Last transfer I was in Wuquan 3rd ward which is back in Taizhong South and now I'm in Qingshui which is in Taizhong West. Super greatful to serve most of my time here in Taizhong. Such great place. 10/10 would live here haha. 

TZ 79 Tri - Companionship

Hello!

Two weeks has gone by so fast. The tri-companionship is coming to an end. Our beloved Elder Bertha is now leaving. It was a fun two weeks with him. 

Last week we were able to visit a returning member. We asked what the reason of her deciding to come back was and she said that she was touched when she saw the missionaries effort in visiting her. She lives two hours away from the church using a bike and so she felt touched from the effort. Super cool. (alma 37:6 )

That's probably the best thing that happened this week. I've got 4 more weeks! I'm excited! Hope you all have a great week! 

TZ 78 The Country-side

Good day!

清水 is a blast! It's countryside. Not very many people and it's quite a change. The people here way different than those living in the city. It seems that there are more people here willing to talk to us for awhile. 

The companionship is pretty fun. Three of us are old missionaries and we are having a lot of fun. 

The ward is also pretty sick. When we got to the chapel everyone greeted us. There were a lot of them that spoke English as well. 

Our area is pretty big and so we use a lot of bus and trains. We get to sit beside strangers and talk to them and share what we have. Very different way of what I did in the city. Cool change. 

 

This area is lit. Also the companionship haha! Hope you all have a wonderful week! Congrats to Jayzon as well!

TZ 77 清水區 !

Hello everybody!

Apparently I got transfered. I'm now serving my transfer in 清水區. It's a very cold and windy area.

My new companion is Elder Tauvao and Elder Bertha. 

Elder Tauvao is one transfer below me. We met at the mtc. And Elder Bertha and I are in the same generation. We came to Taiwan together but he's leaving after two weeks because he has to catch school. 

I'll miss 北區. It was a great ward. Lots of wonderful people.

This is it. Last 6 weeks of my mission. It's been a crazy journey. I'm excited to see what Heavenly Father has in store for us here in 清水
